BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

Cars & Parking

Policy

One and two-bedroom apartments will receive up to 2 parking spaces. Three-bedroom apartments will receive up to 3 parking spaces. The number of vehicles registered may not exceed the number of leaseholders per apartment home. Garages are available to rent for a monthly fee of $175. Recreational, Commercial vehicles with or without advertisement/ wrapped or unwrapped, boats or trailers, RVs may not be parked or stored on the property at any time.
